Welcome to the Troop 478 Home Page! Troop 478 is located in the Spring Branch area of Houston, Texas.  We have a membership of roughly 40 or so boys and a long history of graduating Eagle Scouts. The Troop has weekly meetings on most Mondays, beginning at 7 pm, ending at 8-8:30 pm.
